The warranty is up to the seller. Dairy Train suggests that you are specific about any warranty that you offer on your product. You can offer an “Out of the Box” warranty which means that the buyer will get exactly what they ordered and it will work when they get it. Be sure to put a time limit on this warranty. You can also offer an “as is” warranty. This means you get what you ordered. No warranties or guarantees.
If you are registered on the Dairy Train Classified website, and you have an e-mail linked to your registration, you can use the private messaging feature. If you do not have an e-mail address, linked to your registration, buyers must contact you by phone.
The internet has lots of information about taking photos and uploading photos. You can search google.com for assistance with your photos. You can send actual printed photographs to Dairy Train and we will add them to your page for a fee.

It is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives.
All items purchased from or through Dairy Train as an agent of a seller have a fifteen (15) day right of return from the date of receipt. This means that if you receive the wrong item or are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 15-days of receiving by email or phone and let us know that there is an issue with your purchase. The item must be returned to Dairy Train within thirty-days of the date received. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Any exceptions will be done on a case by case basis prior to the 30-day return window.
