A seller in Minnesota has a NEW UV light calf milk pasteurizer for sale. This fully automated and self-cleaning pasteurizer is exclusively designed to kill bacteria in hospital/calf milk for consumption by young calves on the farm. It uses UV light to purify calf milk by killing bacteria while retaining important nutrients needed for the calf, and warms the milk to feeding temperature.
This pasteurizer has three modes:
Process Mode:
To purify and warm the milk for calf consumption.
Process (Starts the process immediately.)
Process Time (Delayed start, process starts at a preset time)
Dispense Mode:
Processed milk is pumped from the vat through a hose.
Wash Mode:
The wash mode is comprised of three cycles:
During each cycle, the system will fill with water and dispense cleaning chemicals,
circulate the solution for a set time period and then drain the vat.
Pre rinse with warm water.
Wash with hot water and detergent.
Final rinse with warm water and acid.
