A seller in Oregon has fourteen (14) stainless steel bases for the ripening racks sold separately on this website. The price in this ad is for all fourteen of the bases. They measure 20 inches/510 mm by 24 inches/630mm and were manufactured by Servidoryl in France. The bases have four 2-inch legs and 31 wires in their frame. They allow the cheese-maker to stack the ripening racks and to lift and move a stack of racks with the manual elevator. The elevator and the brining racks are sold separately on this website. This seller will consider all reasonable best offers for these bases or for purchasing a combination of racks and bases. Call or email Dairy Train about purchasing the bases for the brining racks.
