A seller in Oregon has eight (8) polyethelene coagulation mini-vats that were used in cheese-making.  These vats were manufactured by Servidoryl in France.  They hold 40 gallons/150 liters of curds in a 1/2 cylinder form.  The wheeled base is not attached to the vats. The price in this ad is for all eight (8) vats and this package sale will include:

  • eight (8) 40 gallon mini vats
  • wheel bases for each vat
  • two (2)  stainless steel curd cutting tools
  • filling gauge
  • stirring rod
