A seller in Oregon is selling twenty-four (24) plastic block mould 5 x 6 kits as a package. The mould height is 3 inches/75 millimeters. Extensions to enlarge the cheese shape and the stainless steel curd distributer (shown under the curd cutter in the photo) are included in this package. This package can produce 720 units of soft cheese per batch. The block moulds were manufactured by Servidoryl. This package will include:
- 24 block moulds: 5 x 6 moulds, 3 inches height
- 24 block mould extensions: 1.3 inches height
- stainless steel curd distributor with 90 slots
These mould kits will fit the mould draining tables and drain plates sold separately on this website.
