A seller in Oregon has one hundred and ninety-two (192) pine boards used for aging hard cheese forms.  These boards have been made by the seller’s company on clear (no knots) pine imported from New Zealand. The boards have these dimensions:  9.5 feet long,  1 inch high, 12 inches wide.  These 192 boards will be sold as a package.  The racks shown in the photos have been sold but this seller will provide the plans for making your own racks to hold these boards.  Contact Dairy Train by phone or email and ask us about purchasing Reference# DTCS-3072.
