A seller in Oregon has one (1) used micro-environment controller that was designed and set up for “bloomy rind” cheese making. This was designed by the seller’s company and, with this sale, the buyer gets all software and manuals, plus the rights to the intellectual property. This micro-environment controller can be programmed with alarms and provides printable reports for:
- temperature (connected to coolers)
- humidity (mist unit)
- air quality levels (air exchanger). Note: a step function was included to report inside and outside temperatures, humidity, air quality.
