A seller in Wisconsin has one (1) package of two (2) plastic locking washers. One is used and comes with no gasket and no chips or cracks. One is new and includes a gasket. Both of these gaskets measure 1 inch inside diameter and 1 7/8 inches outside diameter. We think these are Surge parts but can’t say that for sure.
