A seller in Wisconsin has three (3) PCB/Connection cards available and priced per each. We aren’t sure if these are new or used and we have not tested them. They work in sanitation systems and the part number is #18694. The card base is stamped “PTC 1869A” and measures 2 3/16 inch x 1 7/8 inch. The plug tower is 1 inch tall from the base. Two of these are also stamped 340 KJ and one of them is stamped JY549 — we think that’s the mark of the individual who made them.
